configure script broken in latest CVS?

Just done ./configure using the latest CVS (grabbed about 5 mins ago), 
and get:

Configuring DB support ...
checking whether to compile with MySQL support... ./configure: line 
4589: syntax error near unexpected token `<<<<<'
./configure: line 4589: `<<<<<<< configure'

Is it broken, or should I be paying more attention to the list of late? :)
