[PATCH] Disable Keep Alive

      This patch adds a --disable-keepalive flag to the configure 
scripts that in turn #define's USE_KEEPALIVE.  The default is the 
current model which is to enable keep alive.  Four files in total were 
changed:

    configure
    configure.in
    gw-config.h.in
    gwlib/http.c
