now, propose an other more functional way in "tracking" which vote/patch has
been commited.
Ok, there is kannel-reports mailing list, which I _DO_ read, but IMO it makes
life easier in the mailing list when an issue has been resolved via a commit-set
to be finally noticed with a "commited to cvs" mail.
We could have a vote on this practive too, if you care? ;)
