http.c write_request_thread lost

I monitore strange behaviour of the write_request_thread (http.c) after 
the proxy servir closed CLOSE_WAIT socket immediate
(without of kannel initiate). I seems it lost (without restart)! Kannel 
write "Fetching <URL>" in INFO level and that all. No parsing URL,
no requests to proxy for fetch content.
May be need safe write_request_thread thread?
