I don't think I can veto anything, but I stand by the above. If RPI is not set 
to 0 some phones will ask the user to reply to all incoming messages.

I have used Kannel with CIMD2 against three operators, and none of those 
operators have forbidden the use of RPI. After all the RPI parameter is a 
part of the CIMD2 specs, so why should they?
