hm, I'm -0 on this, since Arne states (and I checked the specs) that this _is_
an optional parameter for CIMD2. Hence if the value is "forbidden" as you say,
the SMSC should silently ignore it.
Can you provide us a debug log for what the SMSC replies when the PDU is send
(with RPI set to 0, like it's in the current code)?
