Hi,

After some troubleshooting and with the help of both Paul Bagyenda nad Paul
Komkoff.
together we found out what the problem was with the OMA not working with
Motorola phones.

The problem was that the Motorola phones where expecting the MAC in
uppercase. This we found out
from the traces and from the snippet Mr. komkoff share with the list.

After Mr. Bagyenda show me where this can be changed i did made the change
and voila it worked.

The changes was:
In ota_prov.c, where I call octstr_binary_to_hex(mac,0), can you change that
last param to 1

This will make the MAC uppercase.
