Why new AT Driver not included in cvs?

Dear Kannel Devel Team,

Wilfried Goesgens send through on the Mon, 16 May 2005 23:24:36 +0200 a new
AT driver.
Fellow Kannel users have asked in the past for a new AT driver.

His driver is at: http://tar.gzipped.org/gateway.tar.bz2 and please see his
post to understand the benefits.

I'm surprised that this code has not been discussed or incorporated into CVS
and there are lots of companies that use Kannel but don't contribute their
improved code back to cvs to help everyone.

Here he has done so and the code seems to have been ignored, which means the
Kannel team is not encouraging people to
contribute code.

Please clarify what has to be done for his code to be in CVS so Kannel keeps
developing.
