Re: Kannel WAP-PUSH clarification

You can input PAP and SI documents to Kannel in the standard way defined at 
the documents I suggested in my previous mail. Take a look at chapters 12 and 
13 of wap-247-pap-20010429-a.pdf which includes a complete example.

To set up and configure the PPG at Kannel take a look at chapter 7 of Kannel 
User's Guide.
