Configuration Error

Hi,
I'm still trying to start kannel, but I see errors in my kannel.log. 
Could You help me find a solution, please.

I have full access to SMSC CMG Logica, and wish to use EMI/UCP connection.

1.Can You explain me what it means (from User's Guide):
port = Port number in the SMSC host machine  <- what kind of port?
