Start up error

Hi when I try to start the smsbox (running cygwin on a winXP machine)I'm
getting the following error

$ ./smsbox smskannel.conf

An other question I have is if there is an smaple configuration for an
Siemens TC35I

Just starting out using kannel so if I'm asking stupid question......
