SQLBox problem (VoiceMail notofication)

Dear all , i've got a problem:
I have sucessfully patched kannel 1.4 with sqlbox_patch-20041031 patch and 
running postgres as sql database. Have an SMPP connection to gsm provider.
When i am posting via http interface  , i get normal sms delivery and i see 
recors in sent table. But when i try to send message via sql insert method 
i've got strange
thing: VoiceMail notification arrived to phone: While looking into debug 
logs ' i've noticed that

I've played with coding , but nothing. Anyone meet with this problem ?
