Re: installation problem

That's not a Kannel error but a very basic RPM error.
 You are trying to install kannel-devel (developmen libraries) before 
installing kannel, and the RPM engine complains about missing dependencies. 
Install kannel kannel-1.4.0-3.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm first and then, if you need 
it, kannel-devel and you should be ok.
 If in doubt, try rpm --help and googleing a little before posting. 
Furthermor, it's more of a "users" question than a "devel" one.
