SetGet TP-MR/Get TP-MN field - Response SMS

Good afternoon,

for realising an response-sms service for sms send over our 
gsm-modem-pool I have to be able to assign incoming sms (replies) to 
the corresponding sms, send with kannel before.
For that purpose I have to set a unique id for an sms which will be 
kept in the answer-sms from our clients too so I can grep it later from 
the sms-service request.
I already searched the net and found TP-MR and TP-MN in the ETSI GSM 
03.40  Documentation. How can I set/get these parameters using kannel ?

I thought this group is the best place for this question, please excuse 
me if not.
