data_sm on Kannel 1.4.0

Dear All,

I'm having problems handling data_sm PDU's on Kannel 1.4.0. Kannel
responds with GENERIC_NACK PDU causing the SMSC to stop sending queued
messages.

I've read about a patch that fixes data_sm handling, but couldn't find
it on the web.

Is this fixed on latest CVS or, if not, could someone tell me where to get it?
