Unable to determine destination IP address

Dear Sir,

I want to block particular IP address that is requested from a mobile. I am able to find source IP address but i am failing to find the destination IP address( ip address of 'yahoo.com') in the sourcecode that you have provided. I am getting <0.0.0.0> when i am trying to access destination IP address. If possible, could you please let me know, where should implement my filter functionality (Finding destination IP address).
