Solved!! :)

Thank You Aarno Syvänen and Dziugas Baltrunas as well as Kannel.

Here was my problem, the si that i was sending to our provider was not an si
binary, it was just text, not an SI-Binary converted to Hex...... So, if
anyone needs help sending an Si-Binary email me!
