Kannel submit_multi patch

Hi all,
 Here is a rough patch(=hack) for getting kannel to do submit_multi.
It works for me. Of course it needs a bit of polishing
e.g.
 Split recpt. lists > 254 into list_size/254 messages with the
remainder in tha last message.
 More tests.
  better Code. (I admit, i am labeneator the terrible at code.)
Please analyse it, test it, critique it and give me feedback
