4 TLV's that I needed to add

Hi,

To help all those who may need to use those TLV's but don't even know what
is possible, please would you be prepared to post your changes to CVS with
some notes for the Kannel User guide on when and why to use the TVLs?
It's a simple process to send to CVS, you compare the files you changed with
the latest from CVS doing a diff -u and
send the results to this list.

The reason, is then the changes will always be on the devel list and even if
they are not accepted into CVS, which I hope they will be, they can always
be of help to someone who like you, needs to dig through the devel lists for
a specific solution.

Thanks for giving back to all of us, as that is the only way Kannel grows.
