additional TLV patches for kannel?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone could point me to patches to add additional 
TLV's to Kannel in particular one that will be compatable with the mBlox 
service. I've seen patches available for an older version of Kannel and 
was wondering if there is a current patch for mBlox using Kannel 1.4.0?
