[PATCH] making -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 the default for linux

Hi list,

now, I'm not aware how latest distros handle the file size problem for the 2 GB 
barrier, but some of us who run production systems experience a "cabum... it 
stopped" effect when Kannel log files hit the barrier.

Maybe we should do apply the CFLAGS value as default for linux? Attached patch 
does this very simply.
