Extending the WAP patch

Hi,

Firstly thanks for submitting this patch as I've seen about 3 other Kannel
users requesting such a patch on the devel list.

Does your patch also support allowing one to set the WAP Push sender by
using the SMSPush equivalent "from" parameter, rather than the
'X-Kannel-From' HTTP header, when submitting the WAP Push request to the
Kannel PPG?

If it does not support this, please would you consider adding this to your
patch and re-submitting it to the devel list for those who don't use the
X-Kannel Headers.
