Re: send Arabic sms

this might be true but I dont think phones have implemented this as  
its not part of the GSM standard.
In other words, even if one OPERATOR has it implemented and one  
PHONE, its no good as there are always phones on the market whcih  
wouldnt support it. Unicode is the way to go here.
