chances are very good... since we have "commited" to have a faster release 
cycle. We have now several changes in CVS HEAD, including Alex's UTF-8 internal 
encoding patch and variious patches from me. Some minor things need to get fixed 
for UTF-8 patch and then we're declare 1.5.0 devel for a CVS snapshot.

1.5.0 devel will then evolve to 1.4.2 stable.

yeeeep... Since there are more beast "living" arround Kannel in the cages of the 
core developers to care of :)
