Kannel cannot access to SMSC SMPP

Hi 

My Kannel cannot access to the SMSC using SMPP 3.4.
i have this error: SMSC rejected login to transmit

2006-10-20 18:24:40 [12704] [7] ERROR: SMPP[XXX]: SMSC
rejected login to receive, code 0x0000000e (Invalid
Password).
2006-10-20 18:24:40 [12704] [7] ERROR: SMPP[XXX]: I/O
error or other error. Re-connecting.
2006-10-20 18:24:46 [12704] [6] ERROR: SMPP[XXX]: SMSC
rejected login to transmit, code 0x0000000e (Invalid
Password).

The username and password are valid. We can access to
SMSC using another soft.
