"Receive SMS" in access_bearerbox.log

Hi,

Some times when i send a message, i get "Receive SMS" in
access_bearerbox.log along with the "DLR SMS" and sometimes i only get "DLR
SMS". Can anybody please explain me what does this signififes?
Should i get both "Receive SMS" as well as "DLR SMS" in access_bearerbox.log
when i am expecting a delivery report back from the SMSC
