Hi,

I just noticed a problem today (using stable_1_4_1) my connections  
were sending the enquire link PDU correctly, but there was never a  
response coming back (still not sure what the problem was, but I  
think it might be a VPN issue).

Anyway the point is nothing detected that there were no enquire link  
responses coming in. So the connection never got bounced and re- 
established. I had to restart the connection myself.
