checked the SMPP v3.4 spec on these.

Now the optional TLVs are:

0x421 - set_dpf
Indicator for setting Delivery Pending Flag on delivery failure.

0x426 - more_messages_to_send
Indicates that there are more messages to follow for the destination SME.

But those are only "allowed" (according to spec) to data_sm PDU and NOT 
deliver_sm PDU.

Ergo:
The SMSC adds the optional TLVs that it would have been allowed for data_sm to 
deliver_sm too. Which is wrong. It's a "broken SMPP v3.4 server-side 
implementation".

Please let them know! You can forward my contact in case they need more info.

Beside this I'll change the ERROR level to WARNING, so people can use a specific 
log-level that does not blow their log file.

Actually I'm even up to set this to DEBUG log-level, so this can be "cast away" 
from the log if running one higher then debug. (I'll cross-post this do devel@ 
too in order to get some votes on this)

Votes for moving this output to DEBUG log-level this?
