This is not so trivial. Basically it would need a "special type" of  
SMS to be send down the pipe of smsbox to bearerbox to end up on the  
AT driver to do some special dial command on this. Another option  
would be to add it to the administrative interface of bearerbox (like  
shutdown and startup of drivers/ smsc conncetions) to be handed over  
to the AT driver in charge. Thats probably much easier but means your  
application has to deal with two different http interfaces. It is  
possible to do but for sure not something standard kannel should have  
in my eyes because its a very specific hack for a very specific purpose.
