> Hi Stipe,Can you help me in this, the operator has asked for sending binary message without splitting, whereby the content is over 400+ characters. He has suggested to use data_sm instead of submit_sm. Requirement is due to mt billing short-code hitting the smsc for that many times, = number of splits, causing user balance deducted for 2-3 times(number of splits), which must not be the case. Any help in this would be highly appreciable, anticipating the same. there is no way in the moment to use data_sm PDU in Kannel's SMPP client stack
for the MT side.
This needs to be "implemented"... that's why I called for volonteers.
