Dear fella Kannel experts,

I am Anousak Souphavanh, a Lao Open Source developer. A fellow friend
asks whether Kannel have an application that can send mass SMS
(UNICODE format) messages from the operator server or client machine
to all operators' users.

Please suggest if this is possible within Kannel or any other open
Source applications that we can work on. Thank you in advance.
