	Thanks...I was able to send out binary sms. But the coding=0 have to be
included only i was able to successfully send out the binary sms.

you should replace the %xx with something more useful.
remove coding=0. Its not needed. Kannel switches to binary use as soon
as you specify udh.
And I think coding=0 means default which means 7bit characters which
D4, F2 wont match
