Setting up kannel SMS Gateway as messages receiver

Hi,

	Was it possible to setup kannel SMS gateway as a receiver in receiving
incoming messages from SMPP server? The message that i mean here is NOT
DLRs message. Was we able to store the message into DB if we can receive
it?
