please help

i have a problem with wtls 
with kannel 1.4 
am using ubuntu 7.10 server 64
i configure it with command./configure
	--enable-docs  --enable-start-stop-daemon --enable-ssl
	--with-ssl=/usr/lib/ssl --with-wtls=openssl
	--prefix=/usr/local/kannel


i got no error and i wtls support i got :

and i have openssl library with version  "OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007"
and configured with ./config --enable-rc5 

i dont know if this enough to make openssl support rc5 

if some one knows how to enable wtls in kannel 1.4
