wap-push-user forced-smsc not working

Hi,

	I been having this problem where kannel will not force the bearerbox to
route to specific smsc even though i had set forced-smsc on wap-push-user
group. It will just follow the allowed-prefix i have set up and route to
other route.

group = wap-push-user
wap-push-user = wappush
ppg-username = xxxxx
ppg-password = xxxxx
smsbox-id = xxxx
forced-smsc = Route1
