Thanks for the reply. The situation is, my connection to the telco is
using HTTP. For binary type of content we send it in XML format which
stored in the text variable (http://host/?text=<?xml
version="1.0"?><PUSH><UID>user</UID><PWD>password</PWD><SID>77700010000001</SID><TID>20003040124000000000</TID><MSISDN>1234567890</MSISDN><CONTENT TYPE=“binary”><LINE NUMBER=”1”>0B05041582000000030D030...</LINE><LINE NUMBER=”n”>0B05041582000000030D030…</LINE></CONTENT><DCS>0</DCS><UDHL>0</UDHL></PUSH>)
And their server will parse the XML content.
