Ben maybe you can provide a patch for the user guide explaining the use of
the new config option dlr-group-id for the smsc group.

before using Kannel.

As regards being submitted into the Kannel CVS, that's up to the Kannel
maintainers.
Hopefully they will give you feedback on any improvements needed so it can
be included into the Kannel CVS, but without the user guide changes Kannel
users will not know about your improvements.

Thanks for the patches as it provides an interesting approach to load
balancing and dlr delay.
