1.4.2RC to 1.4.2

Hello Devel,

  is there a 1.4.2 release in the forseeable future? Do we still have
  blockers left? 1.4.1 is turning stale somehow and many questions on
  the users mailing list could be avoided if the current codebase was
  released.

  I myself have a deploy in a rather big project coming up, and i'd
  rather use something with a version number than something from CVS.
  1.4.1 is not an option any more :-) - Also it would be great if
  sqlbox standalone was working with this version. I'd even volunteer
  to build and maintain fedora/centos/RHEL packages for kannel and
  sqlbox.
