Optional TLVs/SMPP parameters

Hello all.

I was considering using Kannel as part of our SMS service setup, and we 
require the "premium SMS" parameters in our incoming/outgoing messages.
I read a discussion on this forum (i think) that this was implemented in 
gateway/gw/meta_data.c/.h - but there seems to be something wrong with the
CVS repository?

If I look at 
http://cvs.kannel.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gateway/gw/?pathrev=meta-data 
these files are tagged with "error: path is not accessible"?

Any ideas?
