messages getting stuck in store file

hi,
we have a big problem with messages getting stuck in the store file of 
the bearerbox without beeing delivered.
We use the at_smsc with wavecom modems.
I've already check the entire mailing-list archives for any patch or 
answer. The only answer i found is to restart the bearerbox.
But this is not applicable because i can't restart the bearerbox every 
hour.

Is there anyone who can help me with that problem?
If more information is needed i can add additional debugging output in 
the source. but i don't really know where to put it.
