Maximum batch limit for Kannel.

Hi,

I am trying to build kannel for a production system, and i will be
glad if i can have answers to the following questions.

1. Is there any limit to the number of destination numbers that can be
sent as a batch to kannel at a time?

2. How do i send back DLR (with message id) to specific url (user
dependent) when DLR is ready?
