WAPUDP request passes squd-url redirect program

Hi , 

I have few questions of development WAP 2.0 with kannel. Here i am using squid-cache as my web proxy.Generally i can pass all UDP request which are comes in to the port 9201 in to squid without any problem. But i have done small url_redirect program in squid and it must first serve for all web requests come in to the squid redirect program. 
HTTP mobile phones working fine. But UDP / 9201 phone doest accept by the url_redirect ptogram. 

Can somebody help me . please , what i have missed here ?
