which is not that commonly anymore IMO. We (Kannel Group) are "old hasen" ;) we
know things from times where NSCA's httpd spawn()ed a perl process and piped the
request to the process. Obviously in the age or php, jsp and ruby this is all
"historic".
We should remove the /cgi-bin/ URI segment. Of course this includes removing
references from the source AND the user's guide.
Any votes for removing it? I'm +1.
