Re: kannel OTA/OMA dev ?

  My reading of the wbxml spec is that  the string appearing in the  
string table or appearing inline should amount to the same thing.  
Which means that Kannel is behaving correctly (in doing the latter).  
Adding a string table to ota_compiler.c going to require a little bit  
of work, for whoever has the time.
