Which documentation did you use to implement the wbxml encoding feature ?

Because of the string table lack in kannel I have to implement my own
xml->wbxml encoder (to be able to send voip codec parameters to my @#!!
E51).

Could you tell me which documentation you used to implement the
xml->wbxml encoder ?
