RE: Cannot retrieve receipted_message_id in deliver_sm usingmeta-datapatch

You guys already know this, but I just want to recap what I experienced
using the current meta-data patch for this:

The current meta-data patch doesn't accommodate it, so it will have to be
modified.

If a group=smpp-tlv is defined for receipted_message_id, the debug will show
that the patch sees the additional field, but it does not show up in the
?smpp? (%D) parameter.  Everything else (the other operator-specific tlvs)
shows up, but not the receipted_message_id.
