what Alex wants to say here is: fakesmsc mimics a real SMSC, in terms of a sink
in a network graph, except that "it" has to connect to the smsc_fake.c module,
rather then the other way around in the other normal cases. Then it waits there
and dumps all MTs that it receives. Eventually you can configure it to do MO
loading too.

So it wouldn't make any sense to "stop" it after MOs are passed.
