Kannel in windows XP OS

Hi,
I wanted to use Kannel SMS gateway,
but i am not very familiar with the linux operating system,
please help me and let me know if it is possible to use kannel gateway in
the Windows Xp OS.
if we already have a setup file existing for windows, please share the
download link with me.
