Configure Kannel to use MS SQL as DLR Storage

Hi everyone, 

I am a newbie to Kannel. I am using Kannel in Window XP through Cygwin. I am trying to integrate Kannel with my current web application.
The storage for my web application is using the MS SQL. Therefore, I am planning to use the MS SQL as the storage for the DLR but I don't know where to start. Can anyone please help me on this and give me some guidance on how to begin? Thank you all in advance.
