I think a little bit more is needed to make a patch. How about the whole 
table?

To get started, cimd2 is also DLR OK, at is also OK, but some SMScs do not 
send DLRs to GSM modems.

How comfortable are you with C? All the drivers are under gw/smsc/. It would 
help a lot if you could read the answers from the code, because there are 
many fields to ask around.
